After reading the following sentence I paused to think about its power.
"You teach everyone in your company how to play the game of product development by using Agile development."
Think about it. How many companies have you worked at where the software or software products fell short of the mark. Angry customers, weak sales, unused features...
These problems can be solved when you use Agile development techniques because Agile lays down a framework that aligns with product dev methods that work. In Agile, the team's goal is to create a slice of working software in a two week iteration and demo that software to key stakeholders − and customers.
When customers see the software they understand it, allowing them to provide meaningful feedback. The beauty of Agile is that it's unnecessary for everyone in the company to completely understand marketing or product development concepts.
By following an Agile framework they'll automatically be practicing proven concepts that create winning products.
Software products play an important role in the development of an organization. Smart thinking.
